You provide financial leadership for capital investments across a complex manufacturing environment, to ensure investment proposals are grounded in strong financial analysis, projects are executed within approved budgets, that capital spending supports Siemens Energy’s operational, productivity, and long-term strategic objectives. You work closely with engineering, operations, supply chain, and plant leadership to deliver transparency, governance, and high-quality financial decision support.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Develop and evaluate comprehensive, data-driven business cases for capital investments, including detailed financial analyses (ROI, NPV, IRR, payback, and scenarios), ensuring alignment with Siemens Energy strategy, sustainability objectives, and capital investment policies.

• Manage the full lifecycle of capital investments from approval through execution, ensuring projects remain within approved scope, budget, and timelines while proactively addressing risks and performance deviations.

• Lead the annual and multi-year capital planning, forecasting, and reporting processes, delivering accurate forecasts, variance analysis, project performance updates, and forward-looking insights to support leadership decision-making.

• Analyze and oversee the capital project portfolio across manufacturing operations, supporting investment prioritization by evaluating financial returns, operational impact, risk, and strategic alignment to optimize return on invested capital.

• Ensure strong governance, internal controls, and compliance with IFRS/GAAP, Siemens Energy capitalization policies, approval matrices, and audit requirements, maintaining transparency and consistency in capital processes.

• Serve as a trusted finance partner to operations, engineering, and functional teams, translating complex financial information into actionable guidance while driving financial discipline, standardization, and continuous improvement.

What You Bring

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.

- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing finance, controllership, capital planning, or investment analysis.

-Strong understanding of capital budgeting, asset lifecycle management, and financial modeling.

-Advanced analytics capabilities with proven experience working in SAP.

-Ability to operate cross-functionally in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
