A Snapshot of Your Day

Describe in a short, transparent paragraph what a day in the life of this role might look like:
Machinery activity to machine  service of critical equipment of rotating and stator part, manufacture new part from raw material become finish product to support service.  

How You’ll Make an Impact
  •  Familiar with operating machine tools to make products according to work steps, drawings & industry standards.
  •  Familiar with operating conventional milling, turning and grinding machines.
  •  Experience in machining, inspection of Centrifugal and Reciprocating Compressor, Steam Turbine and all component with rotating equipment. 
  •  Properly set up, indicate and machine shaft, sleeves, diaphragm, and case part in machines. 
  •  Set up, adjust and operate basic machine tools and many specialized or advance variations tools to perform precision machining operation.
  •  Review details of working procedures, tools and material requirement 
  •  Creates a clear and precise written description of component conditions. 
  •  Fill in the JAS and Pre-job check list
  •  Maintain cleanliness, tidiness & safety of machines, tools & work areas.
  •  ISO 45001 (Health & Safety) / K3 responsibilities:
  •  Comply with and implement the company's OHS policies.
  •  Making hazard identification in the work area and complying with K3 rules applied by the company.
  • 11.ISO 14001 / environment responsibilities:
  •  Implement environmental policies according to ISO 14001.
  •  Make identification of aspects and impacts in the work environment.
  •  Comply with and carry out environmental policy procedures implemented by the company.
  • Dispose of waste in designated places according to ISO 14001 regulations.

What You Bring
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Min. Professional Experience: 5 years of Mechanic w/ some Machining experience
  • Experience with the following: centrifugal compressors, steam turbines, reciprocating compressors, hot gas expanders
  • Ability to properly use Micrometers, Indicators, Vernier caliper
  • Have a strong machinery aptitude.   
  • Be taught how to read prints, and understand teach manuals.
  • Your skill of machinery critical part for industrial equipment. 
  • Your knowledge of machinery to support our business and project
