A Snapshot of Your Day
Join our transformative project team, where you will play a vital role in reshaping HR processes across more than 90 countries! As an intern, you will support project managers and engage in project calls, ensuring business continuity for critical HR data processes. Your focus will be on hands-on HR system data maintenance and supporting broader HR systems projects. Initially, you will concentrate on data integrity tasks, transitioning to support the NEO+ project and other Workday initiatives. This internship offers you a practical introduction to HR systems within a dynamic international environment, where your attention to detail and eagerness to learn will shine.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • You will monitor and maintain employee data within the Workday HR system, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
  • Investigate and resolve data discrepancies between Workday and connected systems like Agora and Active Directory.
  • Execute routine data quality audits and support the generation of data integrity reports.
  • Provide operational and administrative support to the Workday and broader HR Systems team, contributing to the NEO+ project as assigned.
  • Participate in team meetings to learn about ongoing HR system initiatives and transformation projects, assisting in documenting system processes and workflows.

What You Bring

  • You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • You have a demonstrated interest in data management, technology, or human resources through coursework or personal projects.
  • You possess strong technical and analytical skills, with fluency in written and spoken English (C1 level).
  • You are comfortable managing complexity and ambiguity, and you can work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team.
  • You have a keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities, along with effective communication skills.

About the Team
You will be part of a global team that interacts with various departments across different countries, driving HR transformation initiatives from the ground up. With a core team of ten members, including a colleague in Madrid, you will engage in projects that require a strong comfort level with technology and a proactive approach to data management. Your role will involve analyzing data and supporting user testing and information gathering for implementation projects, ensuring that you are well-equipped to contribute to the transformation process.
