• Shape and improve Siemens Energy’s innovation strategy to align with market trends and competitive dynamics.
• Drive the transformation journey by adapting innovation strategies to meet evolving business needs.
• Lead and handle key projects focused on the development of innovative ways.
• Compile and analyze data to advise strategic decisions and adjustments.
• Prepare compelling presentations and storylines to and for executive-level meetings, ensuring alignment across internal and external collabolators.

• Master’s degree in Engineering or Business or in related field is required; an MBA is highly desirable.
• Several years of experience in innovation management, either in a top-tier consultancy or a similar corporate role. Proven track record in international and interdisciplinary projects, with project management experience as a prerequisite.
• Quick learner with the ability to navigate sophisticated technical and commercial domains.
• Strong expertise in storyboarding / storytelling and presentation creation, being able to deliver on executive-level standards in both analysis, visualization and presentation.
• Highly motivated team player with the ability to thrive in a global and diverse environment. Proactive attitude with stron communication skills to engage effectively with partners at all levels.
• Full proficiency in English is essential, and knowledge of German is advantageous.
