• Design and evaluation of robotic cells, production lines, and integrated automation systems
• Definition of robot selection criteria and specification of end-effectors, tooling, vision, and sensing solutions
• Development and support of programming approaches, including offline programming and adaptive control
• Feasibility, risk, and limitation assessment of robotics applications, combined with subject-matter expertise across factories and programs
• Ensuring fit-for-purpose, reliable, and scalable robotics solutions and driving optimal technology selection
• Support of commissioning, ramp-up, and operational transition, including collaboration, standardization, and continuous improvement

• Academic degree in Robotics, Automation, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or comparable qualification
• Extensive long-standing hands-on experience with industrial robots in production environments
• Strong knowledge of major robot platforms and their ecosystems
• Deep understanding of safety standards, risk assessment, and industrial compliance
• Experience in commissioning, debugging, and production support of robotic systems
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to translate operational requirements into robotic solutions
