A Snapshot of Your Day 

Responsible for designing, optimizing, and improving manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety. Duties include analyzing production data, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing effective solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

How You’ll Make an Impact 

1. 编制与维护标准化工艺文件，确保生产操作规范统一，流程可控。
Develop and maintain standardized process documentation to ensure consistent and controlled operations.
2. 主导生产过程的持续优化，通过工艺改进提升生产效率、产品质量。
Lead continuous improvement of production processes to enhance efficiency and product quality.
3. 快速响应并解决生产现场的技术难题，为生产提供技术支持与保障。
负责新产品的工艺设计与转化，确保产品设计方案高效、稳定地导入量产。
Quickly respond to and resolve technical issues on the production line, providing reliable technical support.
4. 负责新产品的工艺设计与转化，确保产品设计方案高效、稳定地导入量产。
Responsible for the process design and transition of new products, ensuring efficient and stable mass production launch.
5. 推动生产成本控制与效率提升，通过工艺手段实现降本增效目标。
Drive production cost control and efficiency improvements to achieve cost reduction and performance enhancement goals.
6. 跨部门合作推进技术革新及智能化、自动化升级。
Cross departmental cooperation to promote technological innovation and upgrade to intelligence and automation.

What You Bring

• 本科及以上学历，机械工程专业优先。
Bachelor's degree or above, mechanical engineering is a plus.
• 3年以上工艺或相关工作经验。 
3+ years of process or related work experience.
• 良好的英语书写和口语能力。
Good English writing and speaking ability.
• 熟练使用办公软件以及AutoCAD软件。
Proficient in the use of office software and AutoCAD software.
• 较强的学习能力，沟通能力以及团队合作能力。 
Strong learning ability, communication skills, and teamwork ability.
