A Snapshot of Your Day 

In this role, you will support daily IT operations in a dynamic, project-driven environment. You act as a key interface between colleagues, department heads, and IT systems, ensuring smooth operations, reliable infrastructure, and continuous improvement.

How You’ll Make an Impact 

  • Contribute to maintaining a stable, secure, and efficient IT infrastructure, covering both hardware and software
  • Assist colleagues (mainly within Erection and Commissioning but also for other functions as required) in resolving various IT-related issues
  • Share IT knowledge and best practices within the team and the execution unit where necessary
  • Participate in and coordinate digitalization projects, supporting implementation, alignment with stakeholders, and continuous improvement initiatives (e.g. for Site Companion and ICMMS)
  • Collaborate and network with internal and external IT partners and service providers, ensuring smooth coordination and knowledge exchange

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Applied Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or Business Informatics
  • Experience in power plant construction / site execution environment
  • Strong team player with a collaborative and hands-on attitude
  • Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
  • Basic understanding of IT security and cybersecurity principles, including user access management, endpoint protection, and security awareness; ability to follow and support company IT security policies and compliance requirements
  • Strong customer orientation and service mindset
