A Snapshot of Your Day
The Occupational Health Responsible oversees the daily operations of the site's health team, which includes nurses, emergency room technicians, psychologists, and nutritionists. This role begins each day by aligning the team on responsibilities and priorities to ensure high-quality care. The position is accountable for reviewing and applying occupational health regulations to maintain safe and healthy working conditions. Responsibilities include conducting periodic and new-hire medical examinations, performing preventive walkthroughs across facilities, and ensuring compliance with health standards. Essential to coordinate with management during emergencies, **leading all aspects of** documentation and reporting on occupational health metrics. The role also involves planning and completing preventive health campaigns—such as vaccination drives, ergonomics workshops, and nutrition talks—and driving training aligned with the company’s internal development programs. This position plays a critical role in ensuring adherence to health management protocols and chips in to a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and employee well-being.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Medical Staff Management: Coordinate the roles and responsibilities of on-site medical personnel, including nurses, EMTs, psychologists, nutritionists, physical therapists, and others.
- Legal Compliance: Identify and apply occupational health legal requirements relevant to the client and site.
- Medical Examinations: Conduct required admission and periodic medical exams for staff and communicate the results accordingly.
- Preventive Walkthroughs: Perform occupational health walkthroughs within the facilities to ensure compliance with established standards.
- Health Campaigns: Propose or implement preventive occupational health campaigns aligned with client requirements.
- Communication & Reporting: Ensure proper communication flow with the client during emergencies or occupational incidents (e.g., ST-7), and handle/report occupational health KPIs in a timely manner.
What You Bring
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in medicine.
- Professional Experience: 5 years in Occupational Health in manufacturing companies.
- Knowledge of current health and safety standards in the field.
- Languages: Intermediate English.
- Travel Availability: Yes, domestic 10% of the time.
- Skills/Proficiencies: Passionate about outcomes, communication, encouraging employee involvement in Occupational Health-related activities, leadership

As a member of this team, you will join a multidisciplinary group committed to the "Zero Harm" vision established by Siemens Energy. You will be part of a global network of EHS professionals with opportunities to exchange international best practices. The role involves direct collaboration with project, production, maintenance, quality, and project development teams to integrate safety into all operations. You will have access to ongoing training programs and international certifications in your field, and participate in the digital transformation of EHS processes by implementing innovative technologies to improve safety and environmental performance. Additionally, you will contribute to strategic projects that define the sustainable future of our organization, working in an environment that values diverse perspectives and encourages innovation in safety practices.
