關於職位
- Technical and disciplinary management of the Testing & Validation department in the area of electrolysis development with up to 20 employees
- Strategic planning and coordination of test benches in different locations and definition of test procedures, quality standards and safety concepts (HAZOP,…)
- Responsibility for the electrolysis test rig fleet from kW to MW range as well as for resources and personnel planning
- Implementation of digitalization projects to connect test stands and utilize test and field data
- Introduction of new test processes and test rigs under consideration of budget, schedule, quality standards and safety concepts
- Member of the R&D leadership circle and directly reporting to Vice President R&D as well as consultant and partner for product development team
- Successfully completed technical studies as well as extensive knowledge of test procedures in product development and digitalization of test fields
- Many years of professional experience in the field of testing, test benches and large electrical systems as well as initial experience in the field of plant engineering desirable
- Knowledge of (PEM) Electrolyzers or other hydrogen-carrying plants and test stands
- Strong leadership skills, communication skills and assertiveness required as well as experience in leading a development team
- Willingness to work in interdisciplinary teams to develop joint innovative solutions
- Very good written and spoken English, German language skills in spoken and written form
