Step into a pivotal leadership role as Supply Chain Manager for turbine blades and vanes in our MGT product line, based in Finspång, Sweden. You’ll drive both strategic and operational supply chain excellence, collaborating with a diverse, international team of commodity managers, supply quality experts, and operational purchasers. How You’ll Make an Impact

• Develop, implement, and manage supply chain strategies for current and future products within your scope
• Ensure suppliers and supplies are available to meet all sales and operational demands
• Drive cost and lead time reductions by selecting optimal suppliers and advancing product technology
• Manage part qualifications for new engine programs and upgrades
• Oversee purchasing to ensure compliance with agreements, rules, and regulations
• Manage delivery performance in terms of on-time delivery, quality, and cost
• Develop suppliers to achieve top performance, quality, and cost standards
• Facilitate effective communication of Blades and Vanes topics across all functions within the product line

What You Bring

• At least 10 years of experience in procurement, engineering, production, or logistics
• A university degree or equivalent relevant education
• Strong understanding of engineering, production, procurement, and logistics processes
• Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
• Proven management skills in a global business environment
• Excellent verbal and written English skills, with experience in delivering presentations
• Willingness to travel for business as required

About the Team
You’ll join a collaborative and multicultural team dedicated to delivering excellence in supply chain management for turbine blades and vanes. The team brings together commodity managers, supply quality managers, engineers, and operational purchasers, all working towards optimizing supply chain performance for the MGT product line. As part of the procurement management team, you’ll contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing, innovation, and continuous improvement, while benefiting from the support and expertise of a global organization. 

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
