A Snapshot of Your Day
Join us as the Head of SE WP DS ENM Product Management in the Digital Services Engineering & Manufacturing team, where you will lead the IT strategic and operational development of our PLM, Manufacturing, and SCM product portfolio. Imagine shaping IT product strategies that align with Siemens Energy’s digital transformation goals while driving innovation and ensuring successful adoption across the organization. Your role is pivotal in translating real-world needs into impactful digital tools, making a significant difference in our operations.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Shape and evolve the digital product vision and roadmap for PLM, Manufacturing, and SCM, guided by business needs and emerging trends.
- Lead portfolio management, resource planning, and financial ownership, including reporting and value case tracking.
- Drive the annual budget cycle and represent Product Management in cluster-wide planning and alignment activities.
- Personally own the development and launch of key strategic products, ensuring scalability and usability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and drive change management strategies for IT product adoption.
What You Bring
- A Master’s degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or a related field, with 6–10 years of experience in product management and team leadership.
- Strong portfolio and financial management experience, including annual budget planning.
- Hands-on leadership experience in B2B, industrial, or energy environments.
- Deep understanding of PLM, Manufacturing, or SCM, coupled with a strong background in application management and product performance tracking.
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with both business leadership and technical teams.
