• Providing strategic leadership of the plant team to align plant operations with company goals while cultivating a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence.
• Designing and executing impactful strategies that drive the achievement of company goals.
• Overseeing the full production process to ensure timely, high-quality output while maintaining cost efficiency and adherence to schedules. 
• Promoting a safe and compliant work environment through rigorous safety protocols, regular audits, and proactive risk assessments.
• By applying lean manufacturing principles and identifying improvement opportunities, productivity is optimized and waste is minimized.
• Ensuring products consistently meet or exceed industry and customer standards through robust quality control systems and ongoing improvement initiatives that enhance reliability and performance.
• Manage end-to-end quotation and order processes to ensure accurate, timely fulfillment while aligning customer expectations through close collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
• Optimize order flow and delivery by implementing systems that improve accuracy, reduce lead times, and enhance customer satisfaction in line with production capacity.
• Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction, while actively representing the plant in key events and collaborations.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, production, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred
• Proven long term experience in manufacturing, engineering, sales, and/or marketing, with long term experience in a leadership role within the energy technology sector
• Strong knowledge of energy technologies, lean manufacturing principles, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead production facilities effectively, with excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations, ensuring operational compliance.
• Proficiency in both German and English language
