- Global Reporting & Governance: Drive global reporting standards, KPI definitions, and data governance to ensure consistent, high‑quality workforce data across the organization
- Build & Maintain KPI Dashboards: Design, enhance, and operate global people analytics dashboards that support steering of the HR organization and people‑related strategic decisions
- Co‑Lead HR Tech / Analytics Projects: Partner with HR, Digital, and IT teams to co‑lead strategic HR analytics and technology initiatives - ensuring harmonized processes, clear requirements, and strong governance foundations
- Develop & Grow a Global People Analytics Community: Build, coordinate, and enable a global network of people analytics specialists; share standards, insights, and best practices across HR communities
- Enable Data‑Driven HR Excellence: Conduct analytical deep dives, identify patterns and improvement opportunities, deliver insights to HRLT and stakeholder groups, and translate findings into actionable recommendations
- Contribute to wider HR Excellence initiatives (e.g., governance improvements, process harmonization, AI‑readiness, employee listening) as part of a cross‑functional HR Excellence team
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a comparable field (e.g., HR, Organizational Development, Economics)
- Strong background in people analytics, reporting, or HR data governance, ideally in a global matrix environment
- Proven ability to translate data into insights and communicate findings to diverse stakeholders
- Experience in HR systems, analytics tooling, and dashboarding (e.g., global reporting platforms, self‑service analytics solutions)
- Skilled in project and stakeholder management, enabling cross‑functional collaboration and structured delivery
- A proactive, collaborative, and community‑oriented working style, with a passion for building expertise networks and driving excellence; fluency in English required, additional languages a strong plus
