A Snapshot of Your Day
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a strategic link between the Human Resources and Business Units. Its main objective is to align our people strategy called People Agenda with the business strategies to achieve organizational objectives within the Wind Power business.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Talent Attraction and Retention - Actively collaborate with recruitment and development teams while providing strategic leadership advice on effective people management practices
- Performance Management - Lead performance management procedures and support managers in evaluating, improving, and enhancing their team members' progress
- Strategic People Planning - Define strategic plans related to people development to support business growth and organizational objectives
- Culture and Engagement - Work with management on engagement surveys, inclusion and diversity strategies, and innovative working methods to build the best workplace
- HR Policy Development - Develop and update HR policies aligned with business needs while leading organizational change initiatives
- Compliance and Governance - Ensure adherence to local regulations and internal HR policies across all people-related processes
What You Bring
- Education: University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
- English: Advanced level
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to think strategically and align HR goals with broader organizational goals.
- Ability to identify and resolve conflicts quickly and optimally way.
- Ability to lead and empower Wind Power teams.
- Deep knowledge of HR practices and policies.
- Analysis of HR data to generate reports to support strategic decision making.
- Deep understanding of applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Ability to plan, complete and supervise HR projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
- Familiarity with technology tools, HR software, Artificial Intelligence.
