A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Graduate Trainee in Finance Business Controlling, you will have deep involvement in activities related to billing, out-of pocket expenses charging, month-end closing, understanding and commenting the deviations between Actual and Forecast/ Budget results.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Understanding and operating the hourly writing and billing process within Business Controlling
- Creating and analyzing reports for Plan/actual deviations and aggregate all needed data from the relevant tools (SAP etc.)
- Supporting the month-end closing processes
- Supporting monthly forecasts
- Interaction/communication with various stakeholders (Function Team leads; regular users; support functions; Business Controlling peers)
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, economics, or related field
- Relevant experience (approximately 1-2 years) in a finance related field
- Confident handling of MS Office and basic SAP knowledge
- Fluent knowledge of spoken and written English; basic knowledge of German is a plus
- Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills
- Knowledge of financial forecasting, corporate finance, and information analysis
- Availability to work from our Bucharest office 3 days per week, with 2 days remote
