A Snapshot of Your Day
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Graduate Program in the Corporate Function Procurement focusing on Procurement Process Governance and Sourcing Process Excellence within our global Strategic Sourcing Process Team.
This 12 to 18 month program will provide you with the opportunity to develop a deep understanding of the corporate procurement function within Siemens Energy and gain hands-on experience in procurement process governance and sourcing process excellence in the area of Source To Contract.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Assist in the development and implementation of process governance and sourcing process excellence initiatives
- Support the design and implementation of sourcing process improvement projects
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify and analyze sourcing process improvement opportunities
- Develop our process maturity and compliance transparency capabilities
- Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials
- Support training and learning activities
- Participate in project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Digitalization, Data Management, Engineering or other related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a global and virtual team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Technical background and familiarity with a wide range of digital enterprise tools and platforms is preferred (e.g. SAP/ARIBA/Celonis/PowerBI/Alteryx/LLM & Machine Learning)
- Prior experience in procurement is preferred, but candidates with a strong desire to learn and a passion for procurement are also encouraged to apply
