Working closely with the Global Mobility Policy Lead, you operate at the intersection of policy, methodology, and technology—designing and enhancing calculation methodologies to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance. You translate policy requirements into practical system and process solutions by supporting tool implementations and assessing policy impacts. As the operational technical expert, you oversee cost estimate processes, validate calculation outputs, and drive the successful deployment and optimisation of key mobility technology tools.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Policy & Methodology development:

· Partner with the GM Policy Lead to design and implement new calculation methodologies for cost estimates, income calculations, tax methodologies and benefits.

· Support the drive of policy and benefit transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance standards.

· Support Benivo tool implementation, including configuration, testing, and integration into mobility processes.

· Conduct impact analysis of policy changes and provide data-driven recommendations.

· Maintain and update policy documentation and calculation guidelines for global consistency.

· Support in reviewing the end-to-end Global Mobility processes, identifying as well as mitigating risk as necessary, driving and designing business-focused solutions for the Global Mobility function with a focus on process harmonization and cost efficiency.

Operational Support:

· Act as the primary operational contact within the policy team for calculation-related queries.

· Collaborate with Benivo to design and implement cost estimate processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

· Create clear instruction documents for internal teams and vendors to standardize workflows.

· Review and validate calculation logic before sign-off to ensure accuracy and governance.

· Troubleshoot discrepancies and maintain documentation for audit purposes.

Vendor & Tool Management:

· Support the GM Policy Lead with the management relationships with Mercer and Benivo, ensuring successful implementation and optimization of tools.

· Help monitor vendor performance and resolve technical issues promptly.

Process Improvement & Governance:

· Identify opportunities to streamline calculation processes and enhance automation.

· Ensure adherence to internal governance and external regulatory requirements.

What You Bring

· Strong hands‑on experience supporting non‑traditional mobility populations, including project assignments, rotational workers, cross‑border commuters, and extended business travelers.

· Deep understanding of the complex compliance landscape these models create, such as multi‑jurisdictional tax exposure, social security coordination, immigration constraints, and permanent establishment considerations.

· Ability to design and interpret fit‑for‑purpose calculation methodologies for these assignment types, including bespoke cost estimates, tax treatments, allowances, and payroll approaches.

· Skilled at providing clear guidance to the business in ambiguous, fast‑moving deployment environments, ensuring compliance and governance while enabling operational flexibility.

· Experience working with vendors and internal stakeholders to build scalable processes and technology solutions that support these complex and non‑standard mobility scenarios.

· University degree in business, HR, finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).

· A minimum of 7 years’ experience in Global Mobility, preferably in-house, with energy and/or EPC companies.

· Strong technical expertise in global mobility calculations, cost estimates, and tax equalization.

· Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, macros, scenario modelling).

· Experience with technology platform implementation, including configuration, testing, and integration (Mercer, ECA, Benivo, Assignment Pro etc.).

· Knowledge of international tax principles, social security, and payroll implications.

· Analytical mindset with ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.

· Up to date regarding global mobility trends as well as a thorough understanding of company and country perspectives.

· Digital and IA-savviness: Ability to leverage automation tools, reporting dashboards (Power BI, Tableau), and emerging technologies to streamline processes.

· Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams and vendors.

· Project management experience with a focus on technical and policy-related initiatives.

· Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
