A Snapshot of Your Day
Join us at Siemens Energy, where you will be at the heart of transforming Global Mobility. You will collaborate with the GM Policy Lead to innovate and expand our Global Mobility Management (GMM) portfolio, aligning it with our business and HR strategies. Your day will involve technical methodology work, including system design and Benivo implementation, ensuring our policies are executed with precision and consistency. How You’ll Make an Impact
- Policy Design, Review & Governance: Collaborate with the GM Policy Lead to shape and refine our global mobility policy framework, supporting strategic decision-making.
- Calculation Methodologies: Enhance and ensure the accuracy of cost estimates, income calculations, and tax models, aligning them with policy objectives.
- Policy Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance on mobility policies to HRBPs, ensuring compliant and efficient talent deployment.
- Benivo Implementation: Optimize policy elements within the Benivo platform, translating requirements into system logic and ensuring smooth deployment.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive digital simplification and data insights, maintaining documentation for global consistency and audit readiness.
What You Bring
- A university degree in business, HR, law, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in Global Mobility, preferably in complex environments like energy or EPC.
- Expertise in non-traditional mobility models and advanced technical skills in cost estimates and tax methods.
- Experience with global mobility systems such as Benivo, Mercer, or AssignmentPro.
- Strong project management skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- High intercultural sensitivity and excellent communication skills in English.
- Advanced capabilities in Excel, data analytics, and PowerPoint.
