- Create transparency and provide an objective, external perspective to optimize resource allocation across the factory network.
- Establish structured approaches and standards to systematically analyze and resolve allocation challenges.
- Build strong, trust-based partnerships with cluster and factory management teams.
- Identify benchmarks and actively promote best-practice sharing within the manufacturing network.
- Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a finance role within manufacturing operations.
- Proven experience in advisory, compliance, and audit environments.
- Strong analytical capabilities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse stakeholder groups.
