Join our dynamic team as you take on a pivotal role in project execution strategies! You will support resource planning and risk analysis, ensuring alignment with Business Unit Management while implementing effective solutions to meet project targets. Imagine establishing key project execution activities that maintain our critical figures in time, cost, and quality, all while contributing to our business unit important metrics. You’ll also play a vital role in identifying risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle, sharing valuable lessons learned with your colleagues. Your expertise will help analyze customer contract agreements and keep all project participants informed with the latest updates.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• You will support the development of project execution strategies, focusing on resource planning and risk management.
• Develop and uphold project implementation tasks to guarantee alignment with time, cost, and quality standards set by the business unit.
• Identify and manage risks and opportunities throughout the project execution phase, sharing lessons learned with the team.
• Analyze the scope of supply and customer contract agreements to ensure clarity and compliance.
• Define internal indicators for project controlling and compile relevant information to keep customers updated on project progress.

What You Bring

• A Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering, preferably in Electrical Engineering.
• Nearly 10 years of experience in turn-key EPC contracts, with roles such as Project Engineer, Site or Commissioning Engineer/Manager, or Project Manager, along with knowledge of high voltage substations (AIS & GIS) and FACTS.
• Familiarity with contract law, commercial and quality topics, and Environmental Health and Safety regulations (D.Lgs 81/08) for temporary construction sites.
• A project management certification (PMI, IPMA, etc.) is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Italian, with strong result orientation, assertiveness, and leadership skills.
