A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Fleet Safety Vehicle Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of the vehicle fleet supporting NAM field projects. Your day will involve coordinating fleet logistics, monitoring vehicle safety compliance, and working closely with vendors and project teams to keep vehicles operational and ready. You will lead the rollout of fleet-related safety policies, manage incidents and audits, and proactively address non-routine operational challenges with limited supervision.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Implement and enforce Fleet Vehicle and Driver Safety policies across NAM field operations.
  • Coordinate daily fleet logistics including vehicle assignments, transfers, and scheduling.
  • Conduct vehicle inspections, safety audits, and incident investigations, ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain accurate fleet records including registration, insurance, permits, and safety documentation.
  • Oversee preventive maintenance plans and coordinate repairs with external vendors.
  • Track and report fleet-related costs such as maintenance, fuel consumption, and vendor performance.

What You Bring

  • Vocational, technical degree, or equivalent education in automotive technology, logistics, administration, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience (5+ years) in fleet coordination, vehicle administration, or operational support roles.
  • Proven experience working with limited supervision at a Senior Para-Professional level.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle safety standards, regulatory compliance, and incident management.
  • Effective communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing or supporting Health & Safety programs is a plus.

About the Team

 

You will join the Resource Management and Planning team, supporting a new and strategic project within NAM operations. The team works closely with field operations, safety, and project stakeholders to ensure resources are deployed efficiently, safely, and in alignment with operational priorities.
