Snapshot Of Your Day

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Documentation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation and administration of financial documentation, supporting the invoicing process, and ensuring compliance with legal and tax regulations.

How You'll Make An Impact

  • Preparation of documentation for monthly invoicing, including the collection of all costs and productive hours, and providing explanations of invoices to clients.
  • Supporting the monthly process of invoicing and creation of project/WBS elements in SAP. Preparation and verification of contracts within the group.
  • Interaction and communication with various partners, including function leads, regular users, support functions, and business controlling peers.
  • Administration of the department’s documentation and preparation of reports for financial controls and auditors regarding the supported department.
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and tax regulations applicable within the corporation and the industry.
  • Validation of tax packages ordered by GMM for our delegates. Validation of delegation costs charged by GMM

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, accounting, finance, economics, or a related field and minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the finance area.
  • Communicative knowledge of English (B2).
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Accuracy, diligence, and a strong work ethic. Excellent organization of work and a focus on high quality.
  • Willingness to acquire new knowledge and ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Knowledge of SAP software is a plus.
