A Snapshot of Your Day
Join us in a pivotal role where you will act as a Business Partner for Global Function Management in Onshore, driving financial transparency and informed decision-making. You will provide timely and accurate analyses of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, empowering management to effectively manage personnel resources. Collaborating closely with partners, you will support their controlling needs and facilitate monthly management reviews. Your expertise will be crucial in managing yearly budgets, analyzing cost structures, and enhancing our cost accounting systems, all while playing an active role in our digital transformation journey.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- You will deliver insightful analyses of budgets, forecasts, and operational trends to support management in resource management and decision-making.
- Collaborate with Onshore Global Function team members to address their controlling needs related to cost centers and headcount reporting.
- Manage the planning and controlling of yearly budgets, including the calculation of hourly rates.
- Analyze and evaluate cost structures, continuously improving our cost accounting systems.
- Prepare monthly reports and provide detailed explanations of forecasts and actuals to CCC ON Management.
What You Bring
- A master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in finance, with a strong background in controlling, commercial sales, or project business.
- A keen analytical approach with a passion for numbers and a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build collaborative relationships across cultures and organizational levels.
- A proactive approach to ownership, with the ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
