You start your day reviewing deployment schedules and coordinating field service teams across multiple projects in Europe. You anticipate resource needs early, solving logistical challenges to keep projects on track. You work closely with project managers, service leaders, and field teams, acting as the main point of contact for staffing topics. Throughout the day, you adjust plans in real time and communicate updates clearly. By the end of the day, your work ensures critical energy projects move forward safely and efficiently.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Plan and schedule field service personnel across multiple projects in Europe
• Analyze project needs, workloads, and resource availability to build effective staffing plans
• Coordinate with project managers, service teams, and external partners to stay aligned
• Communicate updates, manage changes, and resolve scheduling conflicts quickly
• Track performance and identify ways to improve workforce utilization

What You Bring

• A degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
• Experience in resource planning, scheduling, or project coordination in a technical environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently
• Experience with tools such as Microsoft Project or similar planning systems (nice to have)
• Strong communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus

About the Team
You will join an international Staffing Hub within Siemens Energy Gas Services. The team is responsible for coordinating field service personnel across multiple regions, ensuring the right expertise is in place at the right time. You will work closely with project managers, service leaders, and global teams to support complex customer projects. The team values collaboration, transparency, and fast decision-making. Your work will directly impact project delivery and customer satisfaction, ensuring safe and reliable execution across operations.
