A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Field Service Gas Turbine Shift Leader, you will target experienced field service engineers with a passion for leadership and technical excellence. You will lead meaningful projects focused on the assembly, installation, and commissioning of gas turbines, directly impacting operational efficiency and safety for our clients and partners. How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Supervise and mentor a team of field service engineers, setting operational goals and managing performance.
  • Oversee on-site assembly, installation, and commissioning of gas turbines during major outages.
  • Provide technical guidance and support for troubleshooting complex equipment issues.
  • Coordinate shift activities with project management and clients to ensure alignment with project timelines.
  • Implement and enforce quality control and safety protocols to maintain a zero-harm workplace.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and safety in field operations.

What You Bring
  • 5-8 years of experience in field service engineering, particularly with gas turbines or similar equipment.
  • Proven leadership experience in a technical or industrial environment.
  • Strong skills in team building, collaboration, and influencing others.
  • Technical expertise in mechanical and electrical engineering, commissioning, and systems engineering.
  • Experience in project management, including planning and implementation.
  • Commitment to quality control and continuous process improvement.

About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
