This role offers the opportunity to drive digital transformation by developing and maintaining innovative systems and tools that enhance field service operations and collaboration.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Build, test, and maintain systems to enhance the technological capabilities of field service operations.
• Develop and maintain tools such as competency tracking applications and load forecasting dashboards to support FST AP governance.
• Provide data support to Gas Services and key stakeholders to improve collaboration and transparency.
• Assist in troubleshooting system issues, managing data access, and building relationships with regional and global IT stakeholders.
• Support new IT initiatives, tool rollouts, and continuous improvements of existing systems.
• Contribute to streamlining field service activities and reporting through regular system reviews and enhancements.

What You Bring

• Strong understanding of field service operations, digital tools, and data analytics platforms.
• Degree in Information Technology with experience in Power BI or Tableau analytics tools.
• Ability to independently manage digitalization projects, including stakeholder alignment and milestone tracking.
• Clear and effective communication with cross-functional teams, including field engineers, planners, and global support.
• Analytical mindset to troubleshoot digital workflow issues and propose scalable solutions.
• Collaborative approach to supporting continuous improvement and innovation in digital tools and processes.

About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
