A Snapshot of Your Day
Join our dynamic team as a Senior Project Manager, where you will lead medium power transformer orders from intake through full scope fulfillment, including active involvement in commissioning and warranty phases. As the primary point of contact for global customers and internal stakeholders, you will ensure seamless coordination and communication. Your role will be essential in driving project success through effective partner management, issue resolution, and proactive risk and opportunity handling. You will also be responsible for managing key project performance indicators.
In this strategic position, you will oversee timelines, deliverables, and team alignment while working closely with cross-functional teams. You will co-lead initiatives to ensure compliance with Project Management (PM) standards and client expectations. Regular team check-ins will support collaboration and address challenges. Additionally, you will analyze performance metrics, prepare stakeholder reports, and contribute to strategic planning to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

- Drive Project Success: Lead complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Enhance Team Collaboration: Foster a culture of collaboration and open communication among team members, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Implement Best Practices: Establish and enforce project management best practices and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness across all projects.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables.
- Continuous Improvement: Analyze project outcomes and processes to identify areas for improvement, driving initiatives that enhance overall project performance.
What You Bring
•Academic background : Electrical, mechanical or management engineering and project management. Certification in PMP or equivalent certification, is a plus.
•Experience: Proven experience +7 years in Project Management or organizing and leading project teams in a manufacturing or production environment. Experience in Power Transformers business, is a plus.
•Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities, with experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving collaboration towards common goals.
•Analytical Mindset: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and adapt to changing circumstances.
•Communication Proficiency: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to effectively convey project updates and engage with diverse stakeholders.
•Technical Acumen: Familiarity with project management software and tools. Knowledge in SAP, is a plus.
•English at professional working proficiency level.
•Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 10% of time
