A Snapshot of your day
Your day involves managing the Managing Director's schedule, prioritizing tasks, and coordinating with high-level stakeholders to ensure efficient operations and decision-making. It requires maintaining confidentiality, anticipating needs, and adapting swiftly to the demands of a dynamic, global business environment.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Manage and optimize the Managing Director's schedule, coordinate high-level meetings across time zones, and prepare briefings with key insights and action items.
- Act as the primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders, draft and review correspondence and presentations, and ensure follow-up on key decisions.
- Organize executive meetings, board engagements, and high-profile events, prepare materials and minutes, and track action items to completion.
- Plan and coordinate complex international and domestic travel, including detailed itineraries, visas, accommodations, and logistics.
- Support strategic initiatives by tracking KPIs and preparing executive presentations while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Oversee daily administrative operations, manage documentation and records, and liaise with HR, Finance, and other departments as needed.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, with 5–8 years of experience supporting C-level executives in a multinational environment.
- Prior experience in energy, infrastructure, or government-facing sectors is a strong advantage, with GCC experience preferred.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to operate under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a strong plus), combined with exceptional interpersonal and cultural awareness.
- Highly reliable, detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven, with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and discretion.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
About the Team
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
