The job of a Documentation Manager requires careful planning, close collaboration with different teams, and the ability to communicate information clearly and concisely to ensure that documentation meets users' needs and meets business goals.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Review, correction, administration, sending of technical project documentation, operation of the document management system
• Management and tracking of the degree of completion and reporting in a suitable tool
• Reporting on the status of the work package to the project management
• Scheduling of the work package, tracking of due dates and coordination of project participants 

What You Bring

• Bachelor Degree preferred
• Experience or subject-related training qualification
• Expert knowledge of Office and Document Management Systems
• Basic knowledge of project management and collaboration platforms
• Good English skills, German language skills are very welcome
• Interdisciplinary open communication
• Assertiveness and teamwork
• Decision-making ability (in compliance with processes)
• Proactive and solution-oriented
• Resilience and stress resilience in delivery phases
• Self-management skills
