How You’ll Make an Impact

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Microsoft office proficiencies including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• You enjoy working in a team, but also contribute individually
• You are business fluent in English and Hungarian
• Ability to multi-task and to prioritize in order to complete several projects on time
• You are used to work in international teams and with multiple interfaces
• You are open for changes, solution oriented, pragmatic and agile
• You are looking for simplification and active in communication

What You Bring

• Launch new delegations of employees and coordinate the process across different stakeholders and partners
• Supervise and support the approval process for monthly time sheets and post hours on projects
• Keep daily contact with our engineers and other central departments
• Drive purchasing of different services and materials
• Organize and prepare the documentation of employee trainings
• Support the onboarding of our new hires
• Support travel arrangements of engineers if necessary
• Prepare monthly and ad hoc reports
• Daily maintenance of different tools

About the Team

Our experienced Budapest Engineering Centre of Competence team - consisting of 220+ qualified engineers - provides services for Instrumentation & Control, electrical and mechanical engineering and now for sales supports.

Our competence and operational excellence are key drivers on our journey to the new era of energy.
