A Snapshot of Your Day

We are looking for an expert Contract Administrator to fill a vacant position in our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the sales order process from order entry to collection. You will ensure timely order entry, accurate ordering, invoicing, will follow up on schedules and control all related costs!

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Receive and process incoming orders, support with shipping and customs paperwork, goods receipt postings
• Compile costs and expenses to generate customer invoices specific to parts delivery and completed services as well as uploading invoices and paperwork onto customer portals.
• Support Credit and collections with Accounts Receivable as needed
• Ensuring that key financial systems are accurate and adequately maintained
• Ensuring conformity and compliance to and with all statutory requirements.
• Close coordination with customer, factories, and project management throughout the execution of the contract
• Identification of process automation, continuous improvement opportunities and innovative solution

What You Bring

• BS/BA in Finance or related area required, or equivalent experience
• Proven experience accounting or other related fields
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP a plus)
• Service sector and logistic experience a plus
• A high sense of urgency, ability to multi-task and handle challenging deadlines
• Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
