A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Consultant Operational Excellence, you support the execution of transformation initiatives, contributing to measurable improvements in process efficiency and performance across Grid Technologies.
Your day focuses on analyzing existing processes, identifying inefficiencies, and supporting the design of improved workflows. You work closely with senior consultants and stakeholders to translate insights into actionable solutions.
You gather and structure data, build transparency through KPIs, and support implementation activities on the ground. You actively participate in workshops, helping teams align on improvements and driving progress in transformation initiatives.
Throughout the day, your focus remains on building a deep understanding of business operations while contributing directly to delivering practical, measurable improvements.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Analyze Processes: Identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Support Transformation: Contribute to execution of process initiatives
- Build Transparency: Develop KPI dashboards and performance insights
- Design Workflows: Support creation of standardized process solutions
- Enable Implementation: Assist rollout of improvements across teams
- Facilitate Workshops: Prepare and contribute to stakeholder discussions
- Strengthen Data Insights: Translate data into actionable recommendations
- Improve Documentation: Ensure processes are clearly defined and structured
What You Bring
- 5-7 years in operational excellence or process improvement
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience with process mapping and data analysis
- Ability to work in cross-functional environments
- Strong communication and structured thinking skills
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
- Exposure to digital tools, automation, or analytics
- Interest in transformation and operational improvement
- 6–10 years in operational excellence or transformation roles
- Proven track record delivering measurable business outcomes
- Strong expertise in process design and optimization methods
- Experience leading cross-functional transformation programs
- Excellent stakeholder management at senior leadership level
- Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
- Experience with digital, automation, or AI-driven initiatives
- Background in industrial, energy, or manufacturing environments
