Are you an energy industry expert ready for your next big challenge? Join us as a Consultant Network Studies and play a pivotal role in accelerating the energy transition while shaping a more sustainable future.

As part of a global team of motivated, passionate professionals, you will draw on your technical expertise to coordinate complex power transmission studies and work directly with customers to design custom solutions that boost energy efficiency and reduce environmental impact. You will guide clients in selecting optimal solutions tailored to their needs—becoming a key contributor in projects with a real, measurable impact on the world.


How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead consulting engagements from start to finish, fostering collaboration among team members from diverse technical and cultural backgrounds.
  • Execute in-depth analyses of power systems for transmission and industrial network planning, as well as grid interconnection studies for large-scale generation, storage, and load resources.
  • Support integration of advanced technologies—such as power electronics, renewable generation, storage systems, and HVDC—into AC grids, from initial concept to execution.
  • Conduct high-frequency phenomena analyses, including harmonic distortion, transient overvoltage, TRV, missing zero-crossings, and inrush currents.


What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master’s or Ph.D. preferred) with 5–8 years’ experience in steady-state and transient power system analysis.
  • Expert knowledge in transmission planning and operational studies (100 kV–765 kV), including load flow, stability assessments, protection coordination, short-circuit, and transfer limits.
  • Strong understanding of grid connection procedures, grid codes, and associated modeling and study work.
  • Advanced technical skills in HVDC, FACTS, power transmission systems, industrial power supply concepts, power electronics, and renewable generation integration.
  • Proficiency in power system simulation tools (PSS/E, TARA, PSLF, DigSilent PowerFactory, ETAP, PSCAD/EMTDC, MATLAB/Simulink) and programming languages (Python, FORTRAN, MATLAB).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities for effective collaboration with ISO/TSOs, utilities, developers, and diverse stakeholders.
