As a Commercial Sales Manager at Siemens Energy, you will be at the forefront of driving impactful projects that shape the future of energy solutions in Pakistan. Your role will involve leading complex negotiations and managing financial and commercial aspects of large-scale projects, ensuring that Siemens Energy’s mission of delivering sustainable energy solutions is realized. You will work within a dynamic, multicultural team, fostering collaboration and innovation, while building strong relationships with clients and partners to achieve strategic goals.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead the commercial and financial aspects of the sales/bid process, ensuring alignment with Siemens Energy’s strategic objectives.
• Prepare and negotiate commercial and financial terms with customers, leveraging your expertise to secure favorable outcomes.
• Collaborate with legal teams to navigate complex contractual negotiations, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
• Develop and implement business models and financing concepts that align with customer needs and regulatory requirements.
• Manage relationships with external collaborators, including customers and consortium partners, to drive project success.
• Provide strategic insights and lessons learned to enhance future project execution and commercial strategies.

What You Bring

• A degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or Accounting from a reputable institution, providing a strong foundation for commercial management.
• At least five years of proven experience in a related field, demonstrating your capability to handle complex commercial projects.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic, enabling effective communication in a multicultural environment.
• Knowledge of LoA guidelines and financial accounting standards, including IFRS, to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, coupled with professional judgment to navigate challenges effectively.
• Experience working in cross-functional and intercultural teams, showcasing your ability to collaborate and lead in diverse settings.

About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
