Position Title: Senior Commercial Sales & Project Manager (Finance)

A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Senior Commercial Sales & Project Manager, you will act as the commercial and financial partner for both the Sales and Project Management teams within the Service Organization. You will oversee the commercial and financial performance of Service Orders throughout the entire project lifecycle, from proposal preparation and contract negotiation to project execution and financial closure.

Working in a dynamic international environment, you will provide financial expertise to support business growth, ensure contractual compliance, optimize profitability, and drive sound financial decision-making.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Review, analyze, and negotiate financial and commercial terms of customer proposals and Master Frame Agreements

• Ensure accurate cost calculations and pricing structures during contract negotiations in collaboration with Sales Leads and Project Managers

• Provide commercial support throughout project execution in accordance with PM@SE guidelines and contractual obligations

• Manage all commercial and financial aspects of assigned projects, including revenue recognition, forecasting, cash flow management, and margin optimization

• Identify, evaluate, and communicate project risks and opportunities while implementing mitigation strategies

• Ensure compliance with IFRS 15, local GAAP, tax regulations, foreign exchange requirements, legal obligations, and business model governance

• Prepare and present regular project financial reviews and status reports to management and stakeholders

• Perform monthly project financial forecasting and ensure accuracy of financial reporting

• Support the achievement of contractual requirements, including performance guarantees, tax matters, insurance requirements, and foreign exchange hedging activities

• Execute project-related general ledger activities, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations

• Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory standards

• Participate in special assignments and maintain close interaction with customers and internal stakeholders

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen commercial and financial project performance

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field

• 5+ years of professional experience in Finance, Commercial Project Management, Business Administration, or Project Execution

• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and Percentage of Completion (PoC) accounting principles

• Experience with project financial management, forecasting, revenue recognition, and contract administration

• Advanced proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications

• Leadership experience is considered a strong advantage

• Experience working in international and multicultural business environments

• Fluent in Portuguese and English; an additional language is beneficial

• Willingness and ability to travel as required
