As a Commercial Project Manager at Siemens Energy, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of complex projects, targeting candidates with a strong background in finance and project management. How You’ll Make an Impact

• Collaborate with the Project Manager to deliver projects within agreed commercial, financial, time, and quality targets, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project life cycle.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to facilitate effective project execution and maintain strong relationships.
• Manage and control project financial performance, including orders, revenue, costs, profit, cash flow, receivables, payables, inventory, and working capital, aligning with budget and forecast.
• Support monthly closing, budgeting, forecasting, controlling, and financial reporting activities to ensure accurate and timely financial insights.
• Drive optimization of project profitability, cash flow, and Net Capital Employed, maintaining a focus on financial health and sustainability.
• Ensure compliance with Siemens Energy policies, contractual terms, financial reporting guidelines, and local regulations, managing contracts, claims, and risk and opportunity topics.

What You Bring

• A university degree in Accounting, Finance, International Business, or related financial areas, providing a solid foundation for commercial project management.
• 3–5 years of experience in project controlling, commercial project management, or a comparable role, demonstrating a proven track record in managing complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS 15 and financial closing processes, ensuring adherence to international financial standards.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications, enabling efficient management of project data and communication.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration and effective stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to maintain audit-ready documentation and support internal/external audits, ensuring transparency and accountability in project execution.
