A snapshot of your day
As a Commercial Project Manager, you will play a central role in our project teams. You will be responsible for the commercial management of projects, including contract negotiations, financial follow-up, risk management, and reporting. You will work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered according to budget, schedule, and quality requirements. As a person, you are willing to learn new things and are passionate about contributing to the energy sector and the collective transition to green energy.
What you bring:
- Higher education in economics at a minimum Bachelor's level.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial project management, including contract negotiations and financial follow-up.
- Strong IT skills, especially in SAP and Excel.
- You are comfortable in a large organization with complex systems. Your work style is characterized by a focus on quality and achieving results.
- You must be proficient in Norwegian and English, both orally and in writing.
- You thrive in a high-paced environment with defined deadlines and variations in workload.
- You are analytical and proactively engage in processes, identifying and solving problems, and contributing to both short-term and permanent improvements.

You will collaborate across professional boundaries, departmental boundaries, and national borders. Your responsibilities:
- All commercial follow-up of your own projects and orders.
- Contract negotiations and administration.
- Financial follow-up, including budget management, forecasting, and reporting.
- Risk management and ensuring the project's financial goals.
- Project reporting together with the project manager or order manager.
- Contribute to internal accounting controls.
