A Snapshot of your day
Your day involves strengthening client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and positioning Siemens Energy as the preferred service provider through strategic engagement and market intelligence. You coordinate sales activities, assess risks and contracts, maintain accurate forecasts in CRM, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely service solutions while ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Position Siemens Energy as the preferred service provider in the Power Generation and Oil & Gas markets.
- Serve as the main point of contact, building strong client relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain customer networks while gathering and sharing market intelligence across all organizational levels.
- Create and execute effective sales strategies to achieve targets and enhance overall customer experience.
- Manage contract reviews, risk assessments, and negotiation strategies to ensure successful deal execution.
- Coordinate end-to-end sales activities, maintain accurate forecasts in CRM, support digital solutions, and align with internal teams to deliver timely and compliant services.
What You Bring
- Relevant sales experience in servicing rotating equipment (steam turbines and generators), ideally within the oil and gas sector.
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent technical qualification from an accredited institution.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken); Arabic is an advantage, and German is a plus.
- Solid commercial acumen with excellent communication, planning, and a flexible, confident working approach.
- Proven ability to work effectively in diverse, multicultural teams with a collaborative mindset.
- Experience in direct customer interaction, with the ability to engage externally and drive internal sales strategies.
About the Team
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
