A Snapshot of Your Day

We are looking for an experienced Sales Professional who will actively manage a designated account base creating business opportunities and drive customer satisfaction.

As a Client Manager, you will drive and coordinate all client activity during the various project development phases of an opportunity, deliver the successful sales campaigns and customized service for Gas Turbines in Oil & Gas, Industrial and Power Generation market segments.

In this role, you will be expected to liaise with the customers Engineering, Operation and Maintenance teams for proactive opportunity development, manage the respective relationships and develop and implement the project sales strategies to secure orders for Siemens Energy products and services. You will identify the client project evaluators, influencers and decision-makers in the customer organization and drive Siemens Energy value at each stage of acquisition cycle.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Serve as the single customer-facing lead for all assigned accounts within the Gas Services Distributed Business Area.
  • Represent Siemens Energy to major customers, including international and national oil & gas, mining, minerals companies, and engineering consultants.
  • Deliver significant sales growth while meeting revenue and profitability targets for designated accounts.
  • Continuously build customer insights through active engagement, leveraging strong interpersonal skills and curiosity to identify and develop new opportunities.
  • Improve customer satisfaction by advocating their needs internally and facilitating timely issue resolution.
  • Develop, maintain, and regularly update strategic Account Plans and CRM data for all key customers.
  • Strengthen and expand stakeholder relationships to drive pipeline development and long-term commercial success.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of sales campaigns and initiatives that support effective sales strategies.
  • Provide proactive feedback during the sales cycle regarding process improvements and lessons learned from sales outcomes.
  • Monitor and report on market trends and competitive landscape to support informed decision-making and strategic positioning.

What You Bring 

  • Bachelor's Degree of Science in Engineering required, or a minimum 5 years of technical experience in the industry. Sales / business development experience will serve you well.
  • Turbo machinery experience required: Strong technical understanding of gas turbines is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and interact with all levels within customer organization
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinker with a focus on technical differentiation and value selling.
  • Passion and proven success in achieving profitable business growth.
  • Good understanding of the oil & gas and industrial market in Korea and extensive relationships across the customer organizations.
  • Distinct customer orientation

About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
