A Snapshot of Your Day
The CRM Technical Project Manager leads end-to-end delivery of CRM initiatives, translating business priorities into executable technical roadmaps and ensuring successful implementation across systems, processes, data, and stakeholders. This role combines strong project leadership with solid CRM platform understanding to drive quality, governance, integration, change management, and business value realization.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead CRM implementation and enhancement projects from initiation through go-live and hypercare.
- Define project scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, budget, and resource plans in alignment with business priorities.
- Translate business requirements into technical workstreams, user stories, and delivery plans in close collaboration with architects, developers, and business stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across CRM, integration, data, security, testing, and change management.
- Manage risks, dependencies, issues, and change requests, ensuring transparent escalation and decision-making.
- Oversee system integration, data migration, release planning, testing, deployment, and cutover activities.
- Ensure adherence to project governance, quality standards, compliance requirements, and technical architecture guidelines.
- Track delivery progress, financials, and KPI achievement, and provide clear status reporting to management and steering stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business users to ensure shared understanding and user adoption.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying optimization opportunities across CRM processes, tools, and ways of working.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience managing complex CRM projects in enterprise environments, ideally involving platforms such as Salesforce. Tacton, Epicor or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong understanding of CRM architecture, integrations, data migration, release management, and end-to-end delivery lifecycles.
- Solid knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models.
- Ability to manage budgets, forecasts, vendors, and external partners while maintaining delivery quality and accountability.
- Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities with attention to detail.
- Leadership mindset with the ability to align teams, resolve conflicts, and drive execution in complex environments.
- Experience with project and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, or ServiceNow
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or CRM platform certifications are an advantage.
