A Snapshot of Your Day

Imagine stepping into a role where you efficiently implement operational purchasing processes, ensuring that every purchase meets the highest standards of price, quality, and delivery. As a Buyer, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, processing customer requests and maintaining a seamless supply chain. Your day will be filled with dynamic interactions, from managing purchase orders to communicating with suppliers, all while ensuring high customer satisfaction and continuity of supply.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • You will process purchase requests and create purchase orders, ensuring timely and cost-efficient supply.
  • Manage and track purchase orders, expediting deliveries as needed to meet demand.
  • Communicate with suppliers about order details and raise any risks to collaborators.
  • Monitor supplier performance, addressing any issues and maintaining accurate supplier data.
  • Negotiate prices and payment terms for low-threshold transactions, always seeking process improvements.

What You Bring

  • You have a degree in economy, management, or a technical field.
  • Fluent in Hungarian, with strong English skills; German is a plus.
  • Expertise in supplier negotiation and tendering.
  • Experience with SAP and MS Office, and an intercultural mentality.

About the Team

Join our Budapest procurement team, a dedicated group responsible for sourcing and ordering raw materials for our production site. As part of the Gas Service Central procurement community, we focus on ensuring a reliable supply chain and supporting our production goals.
