- Coordination of service operation activities, oversight change requests in EVA incl. Financial Forecasting & Controlling and Contract Database
- Primary point of contact for IT and business regarding EVA, facilitation communication and alignment on key matters
- Collaboration with external partners on the development of application successor to prepare for the business release and rollout management across various regions
- Lead the rebuild of the project reporting for Long Term Service Business within the S4 Unify project by representing business interests in the design, build and test phase
- Innovation and implementation of strategies to improve the user experience for forecasting and reporting activities of CPMs, contributing to enhanced data accuracy and efficiency
- Support the annual transfer pricing documentation process
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, finance, economics or other related fields
- Long-term proven professional experience in commercial functions, preferably in controlling or commercial project management, with a strong understanding of PoC accounting
- Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to comprehend complex business processes and logics as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners
- A proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and eagerness to develop and implement ideas that enhance commercial project management through digital advancements
- Proficiency in SAP KSP, eFMT, EVA³, and Project Dash, with a solid understanding of their applications in commercial project management is an advantage
- Full business proficiency in English as well as German
