As a results-driven Data Engineering Developer, your day involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines to support commercialization initiatives and business growth. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and translate them into data engineering solutions.

Your role includes applying advanced programming and machine learning techniques to extract insights from large datasets, supporting strategic decision-making. Additionally, you develop and implement ESG reporting frameworks and compliance scorecards in alignment with CSRD and other regulatory requirements.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Conduct market and regulatory analysis to identify opportunities, risks, and pricing strategies for new and existing products.
• Present findings using creative data visualizations and clear, actionable reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support international expansion strategies by analysing competitor landscapes and recommending targeted entry approaches.

What You Bring

• Strong foundation in business analytics, economics, and advanced programming.
• Core competencies in data engineering and analytics: Python, SQL, R, Stata, PowerBI; Big Data Analysis; Data Modelling; Advanced Machine Learning.
• Business and commercialization acumen: Market analysis, regulatory compliance, ESG/CSRD frameworks, risk mitigation, pricing strategies.
• Communication and presentation skills: Development of pitch presentations, scorecards, and visual reports for diverse audiences.
• Multilingual and multicultural capabilities: Fluent in English, with international academic and professional experience.
• Education in Business Analytics, Economics, Data Science, and Software Engineering.
• Passion for leveraging data to drive business outcomes; analytical thinker and organized.
• Adaptable and proactive, with a track record of thriving in fast-paced, multicultural environments.
