As an Automation Solution Analyst, you will play a key role in driving Siemens Energy’s digital transformation by identifying, assessing, and implementing automation opportunities across the organization. Working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and delivery partners, you will analyze business processes, design automation solutions, and accelerate the adoption of technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI (GenAI), and Agentic Automation.

You will act as a trusted advisor, helping business leaders optimize processes, improve operational efficiency, and deliver measurable business value through innovative automation solutions while ensuring alignment with enterprise governance and technology standards.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Identify, assess, and prioritize automation and digital transformation opportunities across business functions.
• Conduct process discovery workshops and gather business requirements from stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business, technology, and delivery teams to design and implement automation solutions.
• Drive the adoption of Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI (GenAI), and Agentic Automation capabilities across the organization.
• Manage the automation demand pipeline, including opportunity qualification, prioritization, and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure automation solutions align with enterprise governance, compliance, and architecture standards.
• Monitor business benefits, KPIs, and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Support change management, user adoption, and automation awareness initiatives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on process optimization and automation strategy.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification such as MCA.
• 8+ years of overall IT experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Consulting, Digital Transformation, Automation, or related domains.
• Experience in process assessment, business requirements gathering, and solution design.
• Strong understanding of business process analysis, process mapping, and process optimization methodologies.
• Exposure to Intelligent Automation, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI (GenAI), or Agentic Automation.
• Experience working with Agile, Scrum, Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement frameworks.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced global environment.
