A Snapshot of Your Day

In this role you will, represent the Erection and Installation Project Coordination team working closely with the site delivery teams, Project Managers, Commercial and QEHS functions to ensure the execution of the construction activities are delivered to Time Cost and Quality safely and promoting the zero harm and well-being.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Ensure erection and installation activities are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required standards of quality and safety.
• Lead site managers and teams to follow all site management processes and governing systems, ensuring strong HSQ&E performance and full compliance across all sites.
• Drive high levels of site performance, including progress reporting, cost control, variation management, and supporting project teams in identifying and managing commercial risk.
• Ensure all site infrastructures and establishments are properly resourced from early investigation stages through to full establishment, working with EI management and support functions to deploy competent and suitably trained personnel.
• Collaborate with project delivery, planning, and tendering teams to enhance contract delivery processes, and provide input on scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and delivery models for proposals and tender submissions.
• Energy health, safety, environmental, and quality policies.

What You Bring

• Related qualifications such as IOSH/NEBOSH preferred.
• Strong line management capability, ideally gained within the Electricity Transmission & Distribution sector.
• Discipline projects, with essential site, construction, project, and contract management expertise.
• Demonstrated commercial and financial acumen, with a consistent record of delivering projects safely to time, cost, and quality.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders effectively.
• Strong knowledge of CDM 2015 and current Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality legislation.
