You will supervise assigned personnel during Gas Turbine Maintenance activities, ensuring accurate completion of tasks as per specification.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Safety Compliance: Follow site-specific Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations, state laws, and company policies. Identify EHS risks and report incidents or unsafe conditions. Wear mandated Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while on-site. Ensure personnel carry out work in accordance with EHS standards, including Last Minute Risk Assessments, appropriate PPE, and accurate tooling.
• Lead daily shift activities, ensure clear handovers and communicate job requirements to personnel. Review required PTW and ensure all necessary isolations are completed before tasks are assigned. Guide and train Siemens Energy workforce and sub-contractors. Tackle technical issues creatively and actively in line with site management and QHSE standards. Support continuous improvement of tools, equipment and processes for Siemens Energy outages.
• Review and inspect the required standard and special tooling and equipment during on-site outage preparation. Arrange, coordinate, and manage material and parts handling, logistics, internal resources, and subcontractor activities on site.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely submission of check sheets, test procedures, spare parts lists, daily shift activities, status reports, and field reports. Maintain the required quality standards for assembly and disassembly activities during all outages.
• Collaborate with project engineers, project managers, tooling facilities engineers, outage manager, and HSE professionals to support outage preparation activities as required. Assist with post-outage tasks, including the documentation of lessons learned, reporting of tooling and equipment damage, conducting people surveys, and providing feedback as vital.

What You Bring

To succeed in this role, you should have a Vocational School Graduate or University degree. Proficiency in English and Turkish is required, and military service should be completed. A background in mechanical maintenance and power generation, particularly with Siemens Energy Gas Turbines, is valued. The ability to read and work with technical drawings and specifications, digital literacy, and a proactive problem-solving attitude are vital.

Collaboration in a team environment, especially with international partners and under pressure, is essential. Willingness to travel extensively to new work locations is needed.

Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators.
