A Snapshot of Your Day 

At Siemens Energy, we are looking for a motivated Working Student (f/m/d) Sustainability to support our Grid Technologies Strategy & Sustainability team in driving the energy transition. As a working student, you will contribute to strategic, analytical, and communication‑related tasks and gain hands‑on experience in a global, fast‑paced environment.

How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Support and advancement of a broad range of sustainability topics and initiatives within the Business Area Grid Technologies Sustainability team
  • Analysis, interpretation and monitoring of rapidly evolving sustainability regulations and stakeholder requirements
  • Support of sustainability data analytics and reporting, ensuring structured, consistent and reliable data management
  • Contribution to key sustainability initiatives and projects
  • Preparation and support of management-ready presentations and briefings for internal and external stakeholders
  • Contribution to sustainability communication activities, including presentation development, event organization and maintenance of knowledge platforms (e.g. wiki sites)

What You Bring
  • Enrollment in Bachelor’s or Master’s studies, preferably in Sustainability Management or a related field
  • Solid knowledge of sustainability topics and strong interest in the energy transition
  • Practical experience gained through internships or working student positions
  • Very good English and communication skills, with German language skills as an advantage
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills with clear, structured and audience-oriented messaging
  • Structured, independent and reliable working style, including strong organizational skills, careful data handling, ability to manage multiple topics in parallel, proactive mindset and high personal motivation to make a tangible sustainability impact
