A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Dispatching Operator, you will support warehouse and inventory operations to ensure materials, spare parts, and equipment are received, stored, tracked, and issued accurately and efficiently. Working closely with operations, maintenance, and procurement teams, you will help maintain inventory accuracy, warehouse organization, and material availability to support safe and reliable plant operations.

How You’ll Make an Impact

· Receive, inspect, store, and issue materials, spare parts, tools, and equipment in accordance with established procedures.

· Support inventory accuracy by maintaining proper stock levels, material traceability, and accurate warehouse records.

· Verify incoming deliveries for quality, quantity, and compliance with purchase orders, escalating discrepancies as needed.

· Assist with routine inventory counts, cycle counts, and warehouse audits to ensure inventory integrity.

· Utilize CMMS and inventory management systems to track material movements, spare parts, and warehouse transactions.

· Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness, and organization standards while supporting efficient plant operations.
