A Snapshot of Your Day 

As a Warehouse Governance Process Coordinator, you will be working with regional and global SP&S personnel to ensure continuity of service and implementation and improvements of processes and data. Also, you will be externally having contact with the warehouse provider to work together on reducing errors within the inbound and outbound processes.

How You’ll Make an Impact 

  • Working closely with the wider SP&S team and/or subcontractors within the warehouse community to ensure complete flow of material from goods receipt to shipment to the customer. 
  • Monitor and coordinate system interfaces and errors to resolve any issues in a timely manner whilst working with the warehouse provider and SP&S counterparts as needed.
  • Maintain and publish reports/updates to assist the team and wider key stakeholders.
  • Prepare and maintain routing details within SAP.
  • Respond to additional requests efficiently whilst maintaining integrity of SP&S function and work within procedural guidelines.
  • Professional driving force.

What You Bring

  • Minimum 2 years experience working within supply chain management or support function.
  • Must have strong attention to detail, be able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.
  • Effective workload management, planning and organising work in a logical manner.
  • Experience of SAP systems with master data functionality is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of business processes and supply chain.
  • Relevant education within general supply chain management functionality or a SAP/system interface governance role
  • Ability to communicate at all levels, good social skills, motivated with complete business focus.
