A Snapshot of Your Day 

Become part of our Digital Services Team for industrial steam turbines and generators. Our focus is on digital services and control system modernizations for industrial customers worldwide. Our mission is to make our installed fleet more efficient and more reliable. We are a global team and enjoy continuously challenging the status quo.


How You’ll Make an Impact 

  • Lead the execution of Control-System Upgrade and Digital-Service Projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets
  • Monitor project deadlines, costs, and quality, while ensuring effective internal reporting and communication with customers
  • Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards, align with industry regulations and company policies, and drive customer happiness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional international teams, including engineering, procurement, Regional Entity, and field service, to coordinate seamless order execution
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, progress reports, and customer communications
  • Actively participate in the further development of portfolios and processes, while identifying upselling potential

What You Bring

  • Passionate about automation and digital transformation, with a strong desire to deliver solutions that satisfy customer needs
  • Proven experience in Project Management, Sales Management, and/or Order Management, demonstrating enthusiasm for these areas
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to excel in diverse teams and foster a positive team environment
  • Strong problem-solving approach, viewing challenges as opportunities for personal and professional growth, and skilled in project execution under pressure
  • Proficient in both German and English, and willing to travel worldwide
  • Basic knowledge of control technology for industrial steam turbines (e.g., Siemens S7, T3000, PCS 7, WinCC) and proficiency in MS Office and SAP

Our Transformation of Industry division is decarbonizing the industrial sector. Increasing electrification and efficiency are key and demand for green H2 and derivative fuels will rise. We enable decarbonization of the industrial sector and the transition to sustainable processes, building on a strong industrial customer base, a global network, diverse technologies, and integrated execution capabilities.
